27/01/23 : 1st Executive Body Meeting: Met all society members, designed smooth functioning plan,
planned monthly activities, printed letterhead, social media posts.
Each member deposited ₹2500. Joint account opening and related tasks discussed.
29/01/23: Free Eye Checkup with Lions Majestic Club: Screened 90 laborers at Global
Skill Park Bhopal; awareness lecture on hygiene and eye care.
29/01/23: Circulated educational materials online and via social media to promote eye awareness.
14/02/23: Camp at Eye Dept, Bansal Hospital: Screened 48 patients, prescribed glasses, special focus on children eye care.
08/03/23: Women’s Day Awareness Lecture: Healthy eyes awareness for 50 women at Physiqure Center.
18/03/23: Glaucoma Awareness Week: Lecture, paper awareness, and screening camp;
38 patients received free medicines; FM talk, awareness walk, banners, and pamphlets.
08/06/23: Brain Tumour Awareness on Door Darshan: Highlighted importance of eye care along with neurosurgeon.
July 2023: Awareness Activities: Printed and video materials, lectures, and newspaper articles on eye health
Training: Internship for optometry student from Baroda: Palak Patawa.
Appointed Chairperson Vision: Lions Club Majestic: Organize camps, lectures, and articles on eye diseases.
13/07/23: Apna Ghar Old Age Home Camp: 32 residents screened; medicines, glasses, and food packets distributed with Lions Majestic Club.
29/07/23: Santisarowar High School Camp: 100 students and staff screened; healthy diet awareness campaign with Lions Majestic Club.
01/08/23: August Camp: Eye donation forms and tree plantation at Swarn Jyanti Park with members and hospital staff;
tree plantation with Secretary Dr. Kripashankar Choubey and President Dr. Vinita Ramnani.
01/08/23: 100 people pledged eye donation forms to prevent cornea-related blindness.
20/08/23: Camp at Old Age Home Chunabhatti: 50 patients screened with Lions Majestic Club.
August 2023: Children Eye Awareness Month: “Nanhi Ankhe” campaign to monitor child vision.
September 2023: Cornea Fortnight: Screening camp and eye donation forms collected.
November 2023: Newspaper article on diabetic eye diseases for awareness..
